Campus Copiers/Printers

Print Services oversees and manages the copier and printer fleet throughout campus, handling our Xerox and Pharos print management systems. Clients do not need to contact Xerox directly for any supply or maintenance issue. Toner and staples for all Xerox copiers and printers are kept on campus and can be ordered and installed at any time through the OTIS HelpDesk. To obtain supplies or get maintenance assistance on a copier or printer, please call the OTIS HelpDesk at (215)717-6677.

Print Management Is Coming July 28, 2014!
Beginning July 28, 2014, the Print Services department will be implementing a Print Management system in offices and a Print Allowance program for students. Printing on campus is about to get more productive, sustainable and responsible. This initiative will provide the UArts community with expert support to monitor and improve our printing environment and help us reduce paper consumption and energy costs campus wide.

Print Allowance for Students
Each student on campus will be given an annual allowance equivalent to approximately 833 black and white, letter-sized prints or copies. Students will need to enter their UArts username and password when printing on campus, or swipe their ID card when making copies at any public copier. Should a student go over their allotted printing budget, they can add money via their eAccount.

Print Management for Faculty and Staff
Faculty and staff print and copy charges will be charged back to each department on a regular basis. Faculty and staff will be required to swipe their ID card at public copy machines and enter their UArts username and password when printing in classrooms or other public spaces.
