Title / Job Description:  Associate Director of Student Financial Services

Relationship to the Arts: I have been a gigging musician for the past 10 years. I play guitar/piano well and bass/drums badly. I love all types of music, and try to get involved with as many diverse projects as I can; from bluegrass trios, to your typical “bar” band. I’m also involved with musical theater – playing in pit-orchestras for various colleges and community theater organizations in the Philadelphia area.

Hobbies / Interests: I love live music and see as much of it as I possibly can. If your band is playing somewhere in the city (and they’re good) – let me know. I make it to about 4 or 5 Eagles games a season, and at least twice as many Phils games. We're going for two in a row!

Education / Background: I graduated from Temple University in 2005, with a major in Communications and a minor in Music. Before joining UArts, I worked in human resources.

Additional Information: The Bella Vista area of Philadelphia is my favorite section of the city. Two of the outside walls of my house are covered by an incredible mural by Philadelphian David Guinn.
