University and Alumni Association Involvement
Attended and presented at ArtUnleashed for two years, donor of gems to the metals/jewelry department, and recently served as a guest speaker to the metals department students.

Volunteer/Leadership Roles
Served on the board for five years and as the president of the Williamsport/Lycoming Arts Council for two terms; served on the board of the Williamsport Area YMCA for 10 years and as president for one year; donor to the Community Arts Center and the Community Theatre League for over 20 years; PAEA guest speaker, Syracuse University guest lecturer, and guest speaker/lecturer at the multiple local universities and high schools.

Personal Accomplishments
As a wholesaler, MWG sold to over 50 U.S. stores and have maintained two retail galleries for over 30 years. We have been featured in numerous national trade magazines and journals and our gallery has been in the NICHE Top 100 two times with numerous other nominations.

Letter of Interest
First of all, I am very interested in passing the torch onto the students in the hopes that they will become highly functional adults, business men and woman, and artists. I believe I can offer the "business" insite needed to help these "artists" survive outside of the academic environment and florish in any setting. I truly want to give back to the University that allowed me to become the artist and business man I am today.
