Photographer and 1990 University of the Arts alumnus Nick Kline's "Mold" series comes by its title literally, depicting rubber silicone objects that were previously used in a casting process. Transformed into near abstractions, these mysterious black-and-white photographs explore presence and absence, and stem from of Kline's ongoing socially engaged collaborative artwork since 2009 titled the "GlassBook Project."
