"Surfland" Joni Sternbach

Photographer Joni Sternbach will speak as part of the Paradigm Lecture Series, sponsored by the Photography department.

Sternbach uses early photographic processes to create contemporary landscapes and seascapes. Her photography has taken her to some of the most remote deserts in the American West to some of the most prized surf beaches around the world. Sternbach is an artist and educator and has taught for many years at various institutions.
