Academic buildings close at 10:00 p.m. on Monday, December 17, 2012, and will be fully closed through Tuesday, January 1, 2013.

January: The University re-opens on Wednesday, January 2, 2013, with building hours as indicated. The University will be closed for the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday on Monday, January 21, 2013.

Spring Semester: All normal building hours will resume on the first day of Spring classes, Tuesday, January 22, 2013.

The building schedule for Winter Break and January is as follows:

December 24: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
December 25: CLOSED
December 26 to December 28: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
December 29: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
December 30: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
December 31: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
January 1, 2013: CLOSED

Arts Bank Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Gershman Hall Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Hamilton Hall Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Sunday: Closed
Furness Shops Daily: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight
Drake: CLOSED except for scheduled events
Residence Halls Offices only: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Residence halls open for 24-hour access effective January 17, 2013.

January 21, 2013: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
University CLOSED

January 22, 2013: First Day of Spring Semester
Return to normal hours. Anderson, Merriam and Terra halls will extend normal hours until 2:00 a.m. All other building hours will remain on normal schedule. Drake will be open for classes and events as scheduled.

Please Note
If there are special events scheduled for a building, the building will be open for those events.

University of the Arts Identification is required for admittance to any building. These IDs should be up to date with a current year sticker on the back of the ID. If the sticker is not current the card holder will not be admitted. A current sticker can be obtained from the office of Student Financial Services, Hamilton Hall, 2nd floor.
