Course Schedules

New first-year students are administratively registered by their advisors or departments. After their classes are registered, students meet with their academic advisor to review and customize their schedule. Students who accepted their offer of admission and submitted their tuition deposits before the registration period opens in April will be registered for their courses by early May. Students who accepted their offer of admission and submitted their deposits after the end of April will be registered within two-three weeks of their deposit.

New transfer students receive an advising and registration email from the Office of the Registrar beginning in April, after they have accepted their offer of admission and made a deposit. Transfer students are introduced to their program director, who helps plan and register their first-semester schedule. Then they meet with their academic advisor to build out a full academic plan towards graduation.

During New Student Orientation, students attend welcome meetings with their schools and their advisors, where they have the opportunity to learn more about their school, curriculum, and schedules.

All students are issued login credentials to the UArts Student Portal, where their UArts Gmail account can be accessed. The UArts Student Portal is the University’s intranet and primary vehicle for communicating with students. Students are required to use University accounts for all enrollment processes, from registering for classes to managing their eAccounts. Student may visit Setting Up Your UArts Account for more information.
