Circus Club focuses on two main points: flow arts and slacklining.

Flow arts: Creating patterns and dance like gestures through the manipulation of props as an extension of the body. Our club primarily focuses on the use of poi, hoops, and juggling, with some interaction with various other props. Flow arts can often be used as a method of meditation and perception training.

Slacklining: The act of having an unbelievable amount of fun walking and doing tricks on a piece of webbing pulled tight between two points, also used as a form of meditation, physical and mental training.

Balance. Focus. Energy. Relaxation.

Come unwind with us every Monday at 7:00 in Solmssen Court. We welcome any experience level, beginner to expert. Learn to stand, walk or do some tricks on the slackline and learn to flow like you don’t even know! Meet some new friends and let loose from your stressful week at class. Be sure to wear loose fitting pants and flat soled shoes (or none at all)!
