Elizabeth Scanlon is an editor of The American Poetry Review. She is the author of a collection of poems, Odd Regard, (Ixnay Press, 2013). Her poems have also appeared in many magazines and anthologies, including The Boston Review, Ploughshares, Colorado Review, Court Green, CrossConnect, Gulf Coast, The Journal, Lit, Painted Bride Quarterly, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Post Road and Poetry Daily. Her honors include the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts Individual Artist Fellowship in Poetry and the Seymour Adelman Poetry Award. She also writes for the theater; her most recent play “Everyone and I,” based on the work of poet Frank O’Hara, premiered at the Kimmel Center in 2013.
