Megan Mazarick is a choreographer, teacher and dancer. She received her MFA from Temple University and her BFA from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her choreographic research has been supported by Poland’s Stary Browar Art Stations (2013), Kelly Strayhorn Theater’s Next Stage Residency (2013), an Independence Fellowship (2011), Live Arts Brewery Fellowship (2010-2011), the Susan Hess Choreographer Project (2009-2010) and CEC’s New Edge Residency (2009). She has toured work internationally and throughout the U.S., most frequently presenting work in Philadelphia (Live Arts Festival, nEW Festival, Philadelphia Dance Projects, PARD, etc.) and New York City (Movement Research at Judson Church, Triskelion Arts, Dance New Amsterdam). As a performer, she has worked with Keith Thompson, Marianela Boan, Merian Soto, Melanie Stewart Dance Theatre, Leah Stein Dance Company, Anonymous Bodies and members of Lower Left Collective.
