Patrick de Caumette is a critically acclaimed composer and instrumentalist.
A native of France, he studied music at the Berklee College of Music in Boston,
(Berklee Faculty Award-1983)
His production company, Deca Studios (www.decamusic.com ) provides original scores and sound design internationally, serving the entertainment and advertising industries as well as cultural entities and independents.
With an expansive palate for all musical genres, Patrick has developed a signature creative approach wherein tradition, world cultures and technology play equal parts in shaping an evocative, emotional soundscape.
His notable scores include “Le Piaf”, a cartoon series of two hundred episodes directed by Paul & Gaetan Brizzi (Walt Disney, Dreamworks) and distributed globally.
The full-length motion picture “The Shore”, starring Ben Gazzara and Leslie Ann Warren that was officially selected at the renowned Toronto International Film Festival in 2005
