Terry Boyle Greenland holds a B.S. in Music Education (magna cum laude) with a Vocal/Choral concentration from West Chester University and a Master of Music in Opera from Temple University (summa cum laude). Terry previously taught in the Council Rock School District and has been at the University of the Arts teaching Voice for Musical Theater in the Dance and Theater Departments for twenty years.  She was recently promoted to Adjunct Associate Professor.

Terry has appeared as Maria in West Side Story and The Sound of Music, Amalia in She Loves Me, Fiona in Brigadoon, Eliza in My Fair Lady, Peter in Peter Pan, Anna in The King and I, Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar, and Marsinah in Kismet.   Operatic roles include: Pamina in The Magic Flute, Susanna in The Marriage of Figaro, and Elvira in Don Giovanni. Terry appeared in A Little Night Music at the Arden Theater and The Merry Widow with the Princeton Opera. Recently, Terry appeared in a faculty/student production of Follies at the University of the Arts. She continues to perform in recital in the Bucks County area.

Terry also directs the Chapel Choir at The North and Southampton Reformed Church, a job she has held for thirty years. She has directed the Bucks County Singers for the past twenty-one years and the group enjoys a concert season of over a dozen performances including an annual appearance on the Ocean City Music Pier. In addition, she operates a private voice studio that caters to promising high school musicians. Terry’s voice students have had careers in classical voice, opera and musical theater and have enjoyed roles in national and international tours and on Broadway. A member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and the Music Theater Educators Alliance, Terry has demonstrated musical theater singing techniques for her colleagues at conferences and symposiums.

Terry is mom to Benjamin, Danny and James and lives in Yardley with her husband, Dan.
